Two types of organizations

There are two types of organizations.

One, that treats its staff as part of a team. These organization can’t risk to lose them because replacement is either unavailable or difficult. The management values their membership.

Another treats members as expendables. These organizations have a lose membership system. It doesn’t care who joins or leaves the organization. If a member exits, the replacement is always available.

Always choose the organization that treats you as an asset.
